What we keep, and why.

Vera is an AI concierge. Conversations with Vera on this site, by phone and by text are saved so the studio can follow up and so Vera can remember you next time. Calls are recorded and say so at the start.

We keep what you give us: your name, how to reach you, your market and brokerage, and what you asked. We use it to answer you and to prepare for a call you asked for. We do not sell it. We do not text or call you unless you asked us to, and you can stop that any time by replying STOP.

To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to service@airevas.com. We answer within two business days.
